Refunds will be given on any hosting plan purchases made within fifteen (15) days of the hosting plan purchase. The fifteen (15) days time period does not include the time required for the credit card transaction to be posted on your account. This time period is initiated upon the close of the purchase. You may request a refund if you are dissatisfied for any reason. Refund requests will be denied if the customer did not comply with the terms and conditions of service. If the customer has received any free products or services as a promotion or incentive, the price of the product or service will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If for example you received a free domain name when purchasing 12 months of website hosting, you request a refund within 15 days of purchase, and are approved, Orange Geek will subtract the current sale price of that type of domain from the amount you paid and give you a refund for the remainder amount.

Refunds will not be given for the purchase of any products or services other than website hosting.
